In order to enter school smoothly and ensure normal study and life after entering school, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Time and place of registration
1, registration time: 2065438+September 2, 2007, only one day. If you can't report on time due to special circumstances, you need to fax the relevant supporting materials to our school to explain the reasons before you can postpone your registration, but it can't exceed two weeks. Those who fail to do so within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically. (school fax number 0370-3095 166)
2. Registration place: Keyuan Square, Shangqiu Institute of Technology.
In order to facilitate freshmen to report for duty, the school has reception desks and shuttle buses at Shangqiu Railway Station and Bus Station. Pick-up time: 7: 30-22: 00. You can also take bus No.5, 1 1, 12, 13, 15, 29 and 69 directly to our school.
Please bring the following materials when you report for duty.
1, Admission Notice, Party (League) Organizational Relationship.
2. Original ID card and 6 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos.
3. Freshman files. With the admission notice and admission ticket, go to the local city (district, county) admissions office or graduation high school to receive paper files (the admission notice does not need to extract paper files).
Three. Payment fees and methods

2. Payment method:
A. tuition withholding. After receiving the notice, according to your major, room rate standard and book writing fee, you must deposit it in the UnionPay card sent with the notice before August 26th, and the school will entrust the bank to deduct it from my UnionPay card to basic deposit account of Shangqiu Institute of Technology. (If students need to change their major after one week of enrollment, they will go through the formalities of changing their major, and the tuition fees will be refunded more and supplemented less. )
B. Pay by UnionPay card. Our school has prepared local bank cards for freshmen, or you can bring your own bank cards. You don't need to withdraw cash after you arrive at school, just pay by credit card. (3 yuan handling fee is required for each transaction)
C. There are ATMs of rural credit cooperatives and agricultural banks on campus. Parents of students can apply for a national deposit and withdrawal account in the local area first, and then withdraw money after arriving at school.
Fourth, the school's relevant policies for poor students
1, the school has a caring fund.
2. There are student positions in the school.
3. You can participate in work-study programs organized by holiday schools.
4. Poor students can apply for national student loans (in order to save parents' time, the questionnaire on family situation in colleges and universities issued with the admission notice only needs to be stamped with the seal of the township (town) or street civil affairs department, and each student can borrow up to 6,000 yuan per year).
Fifth, freshmen buy tickets
Freshmen can enjoy a half-price discount for student tickets when they buy tickets at the local railway station with the Admission Notice.
Sixth, rural to non-hukou.
Note: According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Public Security, freshmen who intend to transfer from rural areas to non-rural areas need to go through the relevant formalities at the local police station with the Admission Notice of our school and are not allowed to move into the school.
Seven, daily necessities
In order to save students' expenses, our school does not buy anything in a unified way. Students bring their own bedding or buy it at school when they report for duty. The bed in the apartment is 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Please purchase according to this standard.
