(a) the credit subject meets the requirements of the construction of medical insurance credit system;
(two) illegal information and administrative punishment information identified by the medical security department through intelligent audit, intelligent monitoring, daily supervision and special actions;
(3) * * * * data obtained by the medical security department from the public credit information platform and the national enterprise credit information publicity system;
(four) other collection methods that meet the requirements.
Fourteenth credit subjects should actively cooperate with the administrative department of medical security to provide relevant credit information, and credit subjects are responsible for the authenticity and integrity of the information they provide, and may not conceal, fabricate or tamper with it.
Chapter III Evaluation and Disclosure of Credit Information
Article 15 The municipal medical insurance bureaus shall be responsible for the medical insurance credit evaluation of credit subjects according to administrative divisions, and formulate corresponding implementation rules according to these Interim Measures, clarify the credit index system and credit evaluation methods, establish a reward and punishment mechanism, and report to the provincial medical insurance bureau for the record.
