Luminous powder can be used for ink mixing and injection of luminous plastic products. The ratio of luminous powder to plastic material is generally about 2%- 10%, depending on the principle of product color depth, with less light color and more dark color.

The injection molding method of luminous powder is as follows:
First, add diffusion oil into the raw materials and stir for one minute, then add luminous powder and stir for one minute, then add color powder and stir for two minutes. The stirring time should not be too long. Note: Long-acting luminous powder should avoid rubbing with iron, which will make the raw materials black for too long.
Second, the injection molding machine: the injection molding machine should be cleaned and the temperature should be adjusted to the lowest, so that injection can be carried out. The material should not stay in the injection molding machine for too long to avoid burning. Different machines inject different products. New and old machines, domestic and imported machines all need to be debugged slowly.
Third, luminous powder: Long-acting luminous powder in injection molding may cause blackening due to various reasons, such as injection process, injection machine and solution temperature, and short-acting luminous powder (zinc sulfide luminous powder) performs better in injection molding blackening. If there is no special requirement, you can also choose short-acting luminous powder.
