(a) responsible for promoting the integration and construction of the city's hotline and online political platform, and guiding, coordinating, supervising and assessing relevant business units; (two) regularly report the operation of the hotline, timely analyze and summarize the hot and difficult issues, and provide decision-making reference for leaders; (3) Responsible for the on-site management, information construction, operation and maintenance and daily comprehensive management of the 12345 government service hotline platform; (four) to formulate 12345 government service hotline work norms, service standards, business processes and assessment methods and other systems; (five) responsible for promoting 12345 government service hotline; (six) regularly evaluate and examine the services provided by outsourcing service providers; (seven) to undertake other tasks assigned by the higher authorities.
