① The general manager is the first person responsible for the occupational health of the enterprise, and takes overall leadership responsibility for the occupational health and safety work of the enterprise.
(2) Seriously implement the relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards on occupational disease prevention and control, implement the responsibility system for occupational disease prevention and control at all levels, and ensure the health and safety of workers in the labor process.
(3) Hold a meeting of the leading group for occupational health work every quarter, listen to the work report, personally study and formulate the annual plan and scheme for occupational disease prevention and control, implement the funds needed for occupational disease prevention and control, and supervise the implementation of various prevention and control measures.
(4) According to the principle of "three simultaneities", if an enterprise's new construction, reconstruction, expansion, technical transformation or technology introduction project may cause occupational hazards, it shall be approved by the health administrative department before construction, so that the occupational disease prevention facilities and the main project can be designed, constructed and put into production and use at the same time.
⑤ Establish an occupational health management organization suitable for the enterprise scale, establish an occupational health management network, and equip full-time or part-time occupational health supervisors to be responsible for the company's occupational health and occupational disease prevention.
⑥ Report to the workers' congress every year on the planning and implementation of the prevention and control work of enterprise employees, actively listen to the opinions of employees on the occupational health work of enterprises, and instruct relevant departments to solve reasonable suggestions and legitimate demands in time.
⑦ Participate in the investigation and analysis of occupational hazard accidents in enterprises personally, and deal with those responsible seriously.
(2) Occupational Health Responsibilities of the Executive Deputy General Manager
(1) Assist the general manager to do a good job in the overall work of the company and take the main responsibility for the work of the department in charge.
(2) Responsible for organizing and guiding the company to establish and improve the enterprise occupational health management system in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the state and local people's governments, and make continuous improvement in time.
(3) Be responsible for organizing and guiding the competent department to formulate the annual occupational health work plan.
(4) Responsible for organizing and guiding the inspection and assessment of the competent department, proposing rectification opinions on the existing problems and urging the rectification.
⑤ Assist the person in charge to inspect and assess the implementation of the occupational health responsibility system of the deputy general manager at the same level and subordinate units.
⑥ Be responsible for publicizing the occupational health guidelines, policies, regulations and the safety awareness of cadres and workers to the competent authorities.
