Is it better to work in a dormitory or an office?

In my opinion, this position is very easy, similar to an apartment housekeeper. The usual job is to check the student dormitory and deal with the payment of water and electricity fees in the dormitory. There are also contradictions among dormitory staff, and I will also care about students during the holidays. This position needs to be able to handle the relationship between students and have good algorithm ability.
