Legal basis:
Article 7 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Lawyers' Service Fees: Lawyers' service fees shall be charged on a case-by-case basis and in proportion to the subject matter. Piecework wages that do not involve property relations; (two) involving property relations, according to the proportion of the subject matter. The lawyer's service fees in items (6), (7) and (8) of Article 3 of these Measures may also be charged according to the time.
Article 17 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Charges for Lawyers' Services: Law firms shall strictly abide by the state's price policies and prescribed charging standards, clearly mark their prices, and accept social supervision.
