How much social security does the intern lawyer pay?

The trainee lawyer becomes a full member and pays social security, which means that the individual pays social security as a natural person, and the expenses are borne by himself, and the unit does not handle it for the individual. Because of the particularity of the lawyer industry, many people need to pay social security by themselves, because the relationship between lawyers and law firms is often just a subordinate relationship, not a labor relationship.

However, the state clearly stipulates that the unit shall pay social insurance for the workers during the probation period. According to the Labor Contract Law, the probation period is included in the term of the labor contract. Because the probation period belongs to the scope of labor contract, employees have the right to enjoy all kinds of social insurance, that is, endowment insurance, work injury insurance, medical insurance and so on.
