What's the difference between a studio and a company?

1. Different studios are all individual industrial and commercial households, so the property responsibilities in the studios are infinitely joint. The debts of the studio shall be paid off with the property of the studio first. If the debts are not paid off, the investor shall bear unlimited liability with personal property. The company's property liability is limited, that is, paying off the company's debts within the scope of shareholders' investment. If it is not paid off, the company will go bankrupt and will never be paid off again. 2. Companies with different enterprise natures need to have a legal representative, and the studio is an individual industrial and commercial household, not necessary. 3. Nature of business: Self-employed individuals cannot invoice themselves. With the invoice issued by the local tax office, the company can invoice itself, which is much more convenient than the self-employed in operation.
