Anji Yuukyuuzan Expressway starts from Hejiahuan, Anxiang (connected with Changyue Expressway), passes through Jinshi, Lixian (meeting with Dongchang Expressway), Hekou Town, Jiashan, Shimen, jiepai Cliff, Shi Miao Town, Cili County, and ends in Zero Yang Town, Cili County. The newly-built mileage of Anji Yuukyuuzan Expressway is about130km, including110km in Changde. It is planned to be built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of100km and a subgrade width of 26m. The vehicle load grade of bridge and culvert design adopts highway level 1. According to the current average cost of expressways in Hunan Province is about 70 million yuan/km, the estimated total investment of this project is about 9 1 billion yuan, and the investment in Changde is about 7.7 billion yuan. As the project is not included in the national highway construction plan, the required construction funds will be financed by the local people's government in BOT mode.
