1. Use 12306 official client. Open the browser to query 12306 official website, enter the origin and destination on the homepage, and click Query to find the relevant trains. If the train is out of service, the words "Train Out of Service" will be displayed on the right.
2. Call the official hotline 12306. Just follow the prompts and turn to manual service consultation.
3. Use WeChat official account to inquire. Open the official account of "Shanghai Railway 12306" WeChat, select the keypad on the homepage interface, enter the train number to be queried, and the system will automatically feed back the train number information, including whether it is stopped.
4. Check the big screen at the station. Open the "12306" homepage, find "Station Screen" on the homepage and click to enter. Set the starting point in the upper left corner, and then select the following station. After selecting the starting point and arrival station, all the information of the train, such as the train status, will appear on the page. This page will be displayed if the train stops or is delayed.
