See the following conditions:
Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abides by the law and meets one of the following conditions may sign up for the qualification examination of enterprise legal adviser:
(a) to obtain a college degree in law, economics or related majors, and to have worked for 5 years, including 3 years in company law or economics.
(2) Obtained a bachelor's degree in law, economics or related majors, and worked for 3 years, including company law or economics 1 year.
(three) to obtain a double bachelor's degree in law, economics or related majors or graduate classes, and to work for 2 years.
(4) Obtained a master's degree in law, economics or related majors, with working experience of 1 year.
(five) to obtain a doctorate in law, economics or related majors.
(six) do not have the above academic qualifications, but through the national unified organization of the economic professional and technical qualification examination, to obtain the primary economic professional and technical qualifications, and engaged in company law or economic work for 5 years.
