Legal basis: Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Second-hand Car Circulation refers to the circulation, auction, brokerage, appraisal and evaluation of second-hand cars.
(1) Second-hand car distribution refers to the business activities of second-hand car distribution enterprises in buying and selling second-hand cars;
Second-hand car auction refers to the business activities of second-hand car auction enterprises to transfer second-hand cars to the highest bidder in the form of open bidding;
(3) Second-hand car brokerage refers to the business activities of brokers, brokers, agents and other second-hand car brokerage institutions for the purpose of collecting commissions and promoting others to trade second-hand cars;
(4) Appraisal and evaluation of used cars refers to the business activities of appraisal and evaluation institutions to appraise and evaluate the technical status and value of used cars.
