The following are the regulations on household registration transfer in Huizhou.
1. Couples who live in two places (different provinces, cities and counties) or one of them is an agricultural population and the other is not from agricultural registered permanent residence can apply for couples to take refuge in the home.
2. Parents take refuge in their children's homes: all elderly people who are 60 years old and 55 years old can apply for refuge in their children's homes according to their wishes.
3. Children take refuge with their parents: Any minor child or student separated from their parents can apply for asylum with their parents.
4. Purchase (self-built) commercial housing: buyers (builders) who legally purchase commercial housing or legally build their own houses in cities and towns and their immediate family members. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel and overseas Chinese who use remittances to buy commercial housing in our city may allow their non-immediate family members in China to apply.
(1) Individual industrial and commercial households, private business owners and their spouses, parents and children born in line with the family planning policy are allowed to settle in cities and towns. Individual industrial and commercial households and private business owners who have legally fixed residences and fixed business premises in Huicheng District and have been operating continuously for more than 3 years are allowed to settle their spouses, parents and children who meet the family planning policy in Huicheng District.
6. Invest in the establishment of industrial and commercial enterprises (2): Managers of private enterprises who have a fixed residence and have paid personal income tax of more than 1000 yuan per year for three consecutive years, or have paid more than 3,000 yuan in total within three years, can settle down at the place where the enterprise is located.
Workflow:
When the local police station accepts the application, within 20 working days, the police in the responsible area will investigate and verify the certification materials provided by the applicant and put forward their opinions. After being signed by the leaders in charge, they will report to the county (city) public security bureau or the household administration department of the urban public security bureau.
After receiving the submitted materials, the county (city) public security bureau or the household administration department of the municipal public security bureau shall, within 15 working days, make a decision on approval or disapproval of the application within the examination and approval authority, and make a decision on approval, and at the same time issue the Permit to Move. Applications outside the examination and approval authority, with audit opinions, shall be reported to the household administration department of the municipal public security bureau.
After receiving the submitted materials, the household administration department of the public security bureau of a prefecture-level city shall make a decision on approval or disapproval within 15 working days. If a decision on approval is made, a Relocation Permit shall be issued at the same time.
The local police station shall notify the applicant within 2 working days after receiving the approval decision from the household administration department of the public security organ at a higher level.
The local police station issued the "Migration Certificate" on the spot with the "Permit to Move" to cancel the account.
The local police station shall go through the formalities on the spot with the "Permit to Move" and "Permit to Move".
