Job responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for drafting, reviewing and modifying various legal documents, important rules and regulations and contracts;
(2) To be responsible for the company's legal risk review and participate in litigation and arbitration legal affairs;
(3) Responsible for providing legal feasibility, effectiveness and legal risk analysis for major decisions of the company;
(4) Assist the functional departments of the company to handle relevant legal affairs and review relevant legal documents, and provide legal advice for business activities;
(5) Responsible for communication and cooperation with external lawyers and legal advisers;
(6) Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law; Three years working experience and qualification certificate;
(2) Knowledge of IT-related laws and regulations in the industry; (3) Familiar with office software and office automation equipment; (4) Strong communication skills, coordination skills and language expression skills, proficient in English; (5) Able to work under strong pressure, be careful, earnest and rigorous, and have team spirit;
