Requirements for family members in the political examination of auxiliary police: The contents of political examination include: age, household registration, occupation, political outlook, religious belief, education level, realistic performance and political status of major family members and major social relations members. Specifically:

(1) Major family members, immediate family members, major social relations members or other relatives who have a great influence on themselves are dissatisfied with the line, principles, policies and socialist system of the party and the state;

(two) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves have been subjected to criminal punishment or expelled from the party or public office;

(three) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves are being investigated and dealt with for suspected illegal crimes, or are being investigated, prosecuted or tried;

(four) the main family members, immediate family members, members of major social relations or other relatives who have great influence on themselves participate in ethnic separatist and violent activities.

1. Those who have had one of the following circumstances shall not be employed:

4. lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves are sentenced to death or are serving sentences (including probation);

(2) Being expelled from public office.
