China Higher Education Student Information Network was registered and opened in May 2002 by the National College Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center, and operated by Xue Xin Consulting Service Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the center. It is an e-government platform designated by the College Students Department of the Ministry of Education.
A number of e-government systems and social information service systems have been established, such as education inquiry system, education information management platform, "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" information platform, postgraduate online registration and admission inspection system, national student loan student personal information system, education certification online office system, employment channel, etc.
