Bing Wang, a traitor in Water Margin, was actually a great hero in the Song Dynasty.

This is a classic literary masterpiece. Since its publication, it has shown a thrilling peasant uprising in the late Northern Song Dynasty with vivid characters, fascinating plot design and meticulous and realistic scene description. Those brave and loyal heroes in the book can still feel the awe-inspiring British wind blowing head-on after 1000 years.

In addition to creating a number of positive images of Liangshan heroes, they also created a number of negative figures, such as Gao Qiu and Tong Guan at the mercy of others, towns and fishing villages such as Kansai and Jiang Menshen, which are bullying, and set off the heroic image of Liangshan heroes from the opposite side. These traitors and villains also circulated for thousands of years from 0755 to 79000, and were spurned by people for thousands of years.

But the Water Margin is a novel after all, which is very different from the real history. There's nothing wrong with that. Art itself originates from life and is higher than life. But the most intolerable thing about Water Margin is that it turns black and white upside down and blames good people wrongly. Gao Qiu and others are known traitors themselves. It is not too much to scold them from 0755 to 79000. However, there was a man who was obviously a great hero, but was scolded by the water margin as worthless. He has been accused for thousands of years.

This man is Bing Wang, a famous star in the Northern Song Dynasty. In the year of the Water Margin, as a military commander under the traitor Tong Guan, he attacked the Fang La Uprising Army with Liangshan heroes, with the intention of saving strength and stealing the credit of heroes. The book says that Liangshan hero risked his life and finally defeated Fang La after paying heavy casualties. Ruan was active and stubborn, and saw him playing with Fang La's dragon robe.

Bing Wang scolded Ruan on the spot, so he wanted to rebel like Fang La. Ruan was unconvinced and scolded him on the spot, saying, "You two are too straight! If it weren't for my brother Song Gongming, you two donkeys would have been cut off by Fang La. Today, I have been waiting for the generals and brothers, and we have made contributions. You bullied them upside down! " Ruan angrily scolded, "I took a gun from primary school and ran up to poke it." In this regard, he held a grudge and reported Ruan's rebellion to the court.

Compared with the aboveboard Liangshan hero, the military commander Bing Wang is mean, narrow-minded and vindictive. He is willing to be Tong Guan's confidant, and he is not worthy to put shoes on the heroes. Unfortunately, the description of Bing Wang in Water Margin is far from the real history. In the history of the Northern Song Dynasty, Bing Wang was not only a traitor, but also an indomitable hero.

The king has fought many battles and made great contributions. In the third year of Xuanhe, the uprising in Fang La in the south of the Yangtze River was suppressed, and Wang Bing successively conquered Hangzhou, Zhou Mu and Qingzhou, which was the main force to pacify Fang La. As for whether Song Jiang's troops participated in the war and how many battles they fought, there is no reliable record in historical materials. So Wang Bing is far from robbing Song Jiang and others. Later, Wang Bing sent his troops to the north and participated in the Baigou War against Liao in the Northern Song Dynasty.

The most brilliant battle in Wang Bing's life was the battle of Taiyuan in the first year of Jingkang. At that time, nomads from the south, pointing to the northern town of bing, which was later Taiyuan. Facing the fierce nomadic people, the garrison commander Bing Wang and the magistrate Zhang Xiaochun were full of loyalty and determined to fight to the end and defend the territory of Dasong. Nomads from the army with ladders, cars, riprap and other equipment stormed Taiyuan day and night, repelled by the Wang Bing garrison command.

The king fought desperately to defend his country, only to find that the Emperor Song Qinzong in the rear came down from the soft land. Facing the strong military pressure from Xu Jinguo, Song Qinzong was afraid, but he tried to make peace and settle down temporarily, so he ceded Taiyuan to Xu Jinguo in the fierce battle. The messenger sent by the imperial court informed Wang Bing to surrender. Bing Wang was heartbroken and furious. For the sake of national justice, he refused to obey the imperial edict and continued to lead the army to Taiyuan.

In the plight of not having enough to eat, Wang Bing fought for peace.
