According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Inspection of Import and Export Commodities, Measures for the Administration of Inspection and Appraisal Institutions for Import and Export Commodities (Order No.58 of AQSIQ) and Announcement No.22 of AQSIQ in 2003, AQSIQ has re-examined the inspection and appraisal institutions established according to law, and now the first batch of them have passed the examination and obtained the Qualification Certificate of Inspection and Appraisal Institutions for Import and Export Commodities, China Inspection and Certification (Group).
