Applicants and recommendation units at all levels must fill in the following materials objectively, accurately and carefully:

Second, the declaration procedure:
The primary title materials of personnel agents in the talent exchange centers of all districts and counties shall be submitted to the district and county post-employment reform office for verification. Senior titles are evaluated by the title evaluation office of floating personnel in the city.
