The name of the village comes from the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1736 ~ 1795), and Li moved from Lijiatuan village, the county seat. It was named Li because it was a wasteland at that time.

The village is located in the west of the city15km, which belongs to the plain. The land area is 33.33 hectares, including 25.33 hectares of cultivated land. There are 85 families with a population of 265 in this village.
Economic conditions: the village economy is mainly agricultural production, including migrant workers, family farming, handicrafts and so on. The annual per capita income is about 4900 yuan.
