According to the Notice of Qingdao Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in Kindergarten Enrollment in 20 17, our park will do a good job in enrollment publicity and service under the unified deployment of the municipal and district education administrative departments, in accordance with the relevant requirements of enrollment work, and in line with the principle of "regional overall planning, relative proximity, openness and justice, and combination of unification and separation" to ensure the enrollment task of our park in 20 17.
Second, the introduction of the garden situation
Qingdao Nanjing Road No.2 Kindergarten is located at the scenic Taihu Road 18, which is a provincial-level demonstration kindergarten under the Shinan District Education and Sports Bureau. The whole park 10 teaching class has more than 60 faculty members. The education of teachers in the whole park has reached undergraduate and junior college graduates 100%. The goal of kindergarten education: to strengthen the body with beauty, to enlighten wisdom with beauty and to educate people with beauty.
Kindergarten has formulated the implementation plan of kindergarten-based curriculum featuring aesthetic education, and set up characteristic courses such as "paper-cutting, brick-laying" and characteristic community activities, initially forming the characteristics of aesthetic education. In the implementation of the curriculum, kindergartens pay attention to all children, with the goal of cultivating "truth, goodness and beauty", pay attention to the all-round development of children's body and mind, and cultivate children's aesthetic art, practical ability, ideological morality and social emotion.
Third, the enrollment target
In 20 17, our garden enrolled 90 children in small classes. The enrollment targets are children who were born between September 20 13 and August 20 14 and have the ability to receive general education. Children who have permanent residence in Hong Kong Zhonglu Sub-district Office and Badahu Sub-district Office, and whose parents have low guarantee, will be given priority.

20 17 Our park gives priority to school-age children with permanent residence in Hong Kong Zhonglu Sub-district Office and Badahu Sub-district Office (the residence must be headed by parents or grandparents) and corresponding property ownership certificates (property ownership certificate or purchase tax payment certificate, housing lease registration certificate filed by Qingdao Land Resources and Housing Administration).
(2) Secondary enrollment
For the first time, our park will recruit students for the children of Shinan household registration and migrant workers who have not been admitted.

1. Fill in the form online.
From June 19 to June 23, parents log on to Shinan District Education and Sports Government Network () or directly log on to Shinan District Kindergarten Online Registration System (http://www.wybm.org/sn201703s), and fill in Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form 201as required. Parents should submit 20 17 Shinan district kindergarten registration paper application form to the kindergarten when registering at the kindergarten site.
Each child can only attend one kindergarten. Repeated input of the same child's ID number will lead to failure to enroll in another kindergarten. After filling out the application form for registration of Shinan District Kindergarten in 2065438+2007, parents can continue to log on to the online registration system to check the filled-in contents. If the information is incorrect, they can modify it once.
Parents of children who are not online can go to the kindergarten site on the day of registration and ask the staff to help fill out the application form.
Site registration
At 8:30 am on June 24th (Saturday), parents of young children (limited to 1 parents, no need to bring their children) will register at the kindergarten site with the original and copies of the following materials.
Materials provided by children with permanent residence in Hong Kong Zhonglu Sub-district Office and Badahu Sub-district Office:
(1) Parent ID card;
(2) Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form 2017;
(3) the whole page of the children's household registration book;
(4) Real estate license or purchase tax payment certificate, and the housing lease registration certificate filed by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management;
(5) When one parent holds the subsistence allowance, the parents should provide the subsistence allowance within the validity period.
Registration order is not used as the basis for admission, so parents do not need to queue up too early.
3. Decide on the enrollment of young children.
After reviewing the application materials, our park will determine the list of effective registered children and the list of priority children. When the number of applicants is less than or equal to the enrollment plan, the admission list is directly determined. When the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, our park will determine the admission list of children by random allocation at 4:30 pm on June 24. On June 24, 5:00-5:30 pm, post the list of children entering the kindergarten at the entrance of the kindergarten or on the bulletin board.
Children whose parents are low-income and permanent residents of Hong Kong Zhonglu Sub-district Office and Badahu Sub-district Office will be given priority to enter our park and will not participate in random allocation at the scene.
When randomly assigning places to determine the list of children entering the park, our park will invite a supervision team composed of district people's congress deputies, CPPCC members, Shinan District Education and Sports Bureau staff, community neighborhood Committee staff, parents' representatives and police officers of the police station to supervise together to ensure fairness and justice.
4. Organize the second enrollment
If the first enrollment fails to complete the enrollment plan, our park will release the second enrollment information on June 26 and conduct the second enrollment at 8:30 am on June 27.
By then, the materials brought by the children enrolled in Shinan will meet the requirements of the first admission.
Materials provided by children of migrant workers for registration:
(1) Parent ID card;
(2) Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form 2017;
(3) The original full-page household registration book of the children and their parents;
(4) the medical certificate of the birth of the child;
(5) At least one parent holds a residence permit for Shinan District of Qingdao issued by Shinan Branch of Qingdao Public Security Bureau (the other parent is not registered in the three districts of the city);
(6) Shinan's own house provides real estate license or purchase tax payment certificate, and Shinan's house rental provides the house rental registration certificate filed by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management (it has been formally rented in Shinan for more than one year);
(7) The industrial and commercial business license of at least one parent in Shinan District, or the official text of the labor contract signed with the employer in Shinan District provided by Qingdao Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau, Qingdao employment registration form, social security card and social security payment details (paid by Shinan unit).
Step 5 go through the admission formalities
Parents are requested to take their children to the kindergarten on June 30th, 20 17, and go through the admission formalities with the children's vaccination certificate. Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualifications.
6. Organize children to enter the park
Parents are invited to attend the parent-teacher conference in gaoyou lake Road Community Management Service Center (the conference room on the second floor of Building 2, No.26, gaoyou lake) at 2:30 pm on July 17 to learn about the class arrangement and the children's admission.
Parents are requested to take the Children's Health Handbook to Shinan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital (2nd Floor, Minsheng Building, Yan 'an 3rd Road 1 05) for physical examination during the working days from August/October to August 4, 2065.
On the day children enter the park, they must submit the Children's Health Handbook and the Children's Health Records. If the child's health records show that the child has infectious diseases or diseases that are temporarily unsuitable for group activities, he must wait until he fully recovers before entering the park.
