Recently, there have been cluster epidemics in Lhasa, Tibet, Yili, Xinjiang, Jinhua, Zhejiang and Sanya, Hainan. The newly confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections are on the rise, and spread to many areas. In order to effectively protect the health of the general public and friends, the relevant matters concerning the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our city in the near future are hereby notified as follows:
First, take the initiative to report travel information. Recently, people with medium and high risk and life history have been in Lhasa, Ali, Shigatse, Yili, Xinjiang, Jinhua, Zhejiang, Sanya, Danzhou, Zhanjiang, Guangdong, Xilingol, Wulanchabu and Bayannaoer, Inner Mongolia. Personnel from Laining and Huining should hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, actively report their travel information through the Qinghai Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Reporting System, and report to their units as soon as they arrive in Ning.
Second, quickly check the risk personnel. All counties and districts should immediately investigate and track the personnel who came to Ning and returned to Ning in the above-mentioned areas and other risk areas where the epidemic has occurred since August 3, and earnestly "do not miss one person" and take relevant prevention and control measures as required to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Towns (streets), villages (communities) and communities should earnestly perform their grid management duties, comprehensively investigate the personnel from Laining and Huining in areas related to the epidemic, and strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as double code and 24-hour inspection of negative nucleic acid certificates for the personnel from Laining and Huining in the above areas and other areas with epidemic risks.
Third, strengthen social control measures. Shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, farmers' markets, tourist attractions, cultural and artistic places, theaters and other crowded places should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the double-code nucleic acid detection and 24-hour negative certificate inspection for middle and high-risk people coming to Ning and returning to Ning, and strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, scanning code for temperature measurement, cleaning and disinfection.
Fourth, do personal health protection. The general public and friends should firmly establish the concept of "everyone is the first responsible person for their own health", not be paralyzed, lax or careless, adhere to personal protection, adhere to good hygiene habits such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently and gathering less", take the initiative to do a good job in health monitoring, standardize medical treatment in time if there are symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing and runny nose, and actively inform the permanent medical history and contact information. Avoid taking public transport on the way to see a doctor to minimize the risk of epidemic spread and epidemic.
