I. Overview

Datong-Xinzhou Highway (Line 206) starts from Xiyuan, Datong City, passes through Shuozhou City, Huairen County, Shanyin County and Shuocheng District, and joins with Jingkun Highway (Line 206) (G 108), with a total length of 233 kilometers. This section of highway is a part of the Universiade Highway that runs through the north and south of Shuozhou City, an important part of the backbone of the "three vertical and eight horizontal" highway in the 11th Five-Year Plan of our province, and an important economic artery of Shuozhou City, which has made great contributions to the economic construction of Shuozhou City and even the whole province.

The secondary roads 1988 to 1990 built in this section, after more than ten years of operation, especially in recent years, the sustained and rapid economic development and the rapid increase of heavy vehicles have caused furniture damage to the pavement. There are many diseases such as cracks, looseness and subsidence on the pavement, and the measured deflection value far exceeds the allowable deflection value required by the existing traffic volume. Bridges and culverts, waterproof and drainage structures are also damaged to varying degrees. Moreover, the traffic volume has increased rapidly this year, and traffic jams often occur. Due to various reasons, the current road conditions are poor and far from meeting the current transportation requirements. The implementation of this project will fundamentally solve the overall traffic situation of Daxin Line and Shuozhou Road Network. The project department of the first contract section is an important part of Daxin line and surface reconstruction project. The starting point is located in Xiunvhe Village, Datong, the starting point is K 13+000, and the end point is K28+000 in Xixiaozhai. The total length15km is all secondary roads with subgrade width12m.

Second, the construction plan

This project focuses on improving the road surface, improving drainage protection and safety guarantee facilities, without upgrading the technical level. The pavement structure is (4+5)cm asphalt concrete surface; 20cm cement stabilized macadam base; 20cm cement stabilized macadam subbase. For the original cement concrete road section, the concrete slab is broken first, and then the pavement treatment is carried out according to the above structural scheme.

Three. Related requirements

According to Ji Fa [2008] No.585 document of Shaanxi Provincial Highway Bureau, the kerbs of our project department are all low walls, with the top width of 50cm and the height of 40cm. The original concrete pavement slab is about 4473 m3.

Four. Investment estimation

According to the construction scale and standard, the first contract section of pavement reconstruction project plans to invest 40 million yuan and the construction period is 3 months.

According to the bidding documents, our company plans to start the construction of this bid on 20th1April 10, and complete it on 20th 15 June15.

According to the specific situation of this project and the construction production capacity of our unit, after careful analysis by engineering personnel, the following total construction period is formulated:
