According to the investigation by the public security department, this tragedy occurred because the supervisor had a conflict with the construction personnel of the construction unit in his work, and he used various opportunities to ask the construction unit for a card in the preliminary work. Just after the incident, the workers of the construction unit pushed the supervisor into the concrete when pouring the pile foundation concrete, which caused a terrible disaster.
When I graduated from internship, I also encountered wonderful supervision. For example, when going to work in the morning, the construction unit has been working for several hours, while the personnel of the supervision organization are sleeping in; After lunch, the staff of the supervision agency will sleep until sunset. If you ask the supervisor to certify the on-site engineering quantity, the supervisor will shirk it under various excuses, even on the grounds of not seeing it. But at this time, if the construction unit operates to the supervision organization, then the personnel of the supervision organization will sign it satisfactorily.

1. Copy mechanically, dogmatism. During the construction of local construction projects in China, our technicians will sum up a set of rich construction experience. These experiences are of great help to the construction progress and quality, and also facilitate the construction of skilled workers. However, these experiences are sometimes inconsistent with national laws, regulations and relevant norms. Our supervision work is based on national laws and regulations, relevant specifications and construction contracts. This broke out in the construction conflict, and the supervisors will not handle it flexibly according to the engineering situation, but carry out the supervision work according to the actual engineering situation.
2. Insufficient construction experience. Many of our supervisors are students who have just graduated from university. They have no construction experience, do not understand the construction process, and only have knowledge in books. And this knowledge can not meet the needs of engineering construction.
3. Lack of professional quality. Our supervisors will only rely on legal provisions. Once new technologies and new processes are adopted in the construction process, supervisors will be at a loss. Due to the lack of communication between supervision and construction, there will be contradictions.
3. There are problems in thinking and working attitude. When studying engineering supervision in universities, many teaching teachers employ people with work experience. And these teachers will inadvertently tell students how to eat, how to get a card, and how comfortable it is to supervise the work. These students will naturally learn these misdeeds and apply them to practice after work.
4. The power of the supervisory body is too great. Laws and regulations stipulate that the construction unit, supervision unit and construction unit are equal subjects. However, in the process of construction, the construction unit often has to please the supervision organization. For example, without the signature of the chief supervision engineer, the construction unit may not allocate the project funds or conduct the completion acceptance. And this signing right has become a tool for unscrupulous supervisors to get cards from construction units; For example, without the signature of the supervision engineer, building materials, building components and equipment shall not be used or installed in the project, and the construction unit shall not carry out the construction of the next process. The salary of the supervisor is too low. The salary of supervisors in China is too low. For example, in Beijing, the salary of the chief supervision project is less than 1 10,000 yuan, while the salary of the project manager equivalent to the position of chief supervision engineer is calculated according to the annual salary. The salary of a supervisor is less than 3,000 yuan, and the salary of an intern builder can reach 5,000 to 6,000 yuan. These unequal salaries are also the source of chaos in the supervision industry.
How can we solve these problems? 1. Improve the salary and treatment of supervisors; 2. Strengthen the requirements of institutional norms and truly lock the supervision power in the cage of the system; 3. Change the way the supervisor works. Our supervisors should have experience in the construction unit and fully understand the construction technology and technology. In this way, supervisors can better carry out experienced supervision work; 4. Improve ideological understanding. Resist those teachers who teach students these bad styles and establish students' correct engineering concept and values.
China has a long way to go to explore the supervision industry, and the supervision system implemented at this stage is deformed, which is not conducive to the healthy development of China's construction industry. Without reform, the supervision unit will become a bodhisattva in the temple, just a decoration, and will worship when necessary, and the quality of the project is still not guaranteed.
