The factors affecting the effect of risk information dissemination are: accuracy, timeliness and transparency of epidemic information, trust building, public participation, cooperation and risk awareness level. Risk information communication refers to the process that risk assessors, managers and other interested parties exchange information on risks and related factors in order to better understand risks and related issues and decisions.
The main purpose of risk communication is to understand, persuade and consult. In a risky society, risk communication is an important channel to form a rational public response to risk fear, an effective means to change the risk trajectory and prevent risk cashing (crisis outbreak), and also a prerequisite and basic link to implement risk management.
