Zheng Zhuoxi: I was born in Hongkong, China in 2000. I have lived with my mother in London, Singapore and America since childhood. He began to play the piano at the age of 4, sang at the age of 12, and arranged music and lyrics at the age of 15. 18 years old, admitted to the arrangement major of Berkeley Conservatory of Music.
All along, I like singing and playing the piano, all out of pure love. I think I am very inspired to write music. At present, my study in America is not over yet. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, I have been developing in Beijing since I returned to China, pursuing my own music and music path.
My mother is especially supportive of my dream. Over the years, she devoted herself to me, including every performance. She will sit next to me and watch, always encouraging me to do what I like.
I remember when I graduated from American high school, I held a concert myself, because most of my friends from American high schools didn't support me to do this industry, and they found it difficult to succeed in making music. But my mother flew from Hong Kong to help me buy costumes and arrange concerts, which gave me great support and encouragement.
Source of creative inspiration
I like listening to classical music since I was a child, such as the works of singers such as Teresa Teng and Chyi Chin. After middle school, I began to contact and fall in love with Jay Chou's songs. He is my idol, I am Capricorn, and I am in the same Amanome as Jay Chou. I think he is a truly outstanding composer. I hope I can play the piano and sing and write my own songs like him one day.
Personally, I don't like staying up late. I try to keep the rule of going to bed early. I don't drink or smoke. I'm more disciplined. Whenever I make my own album, I often lock myself in my room for a whole day. Usually love golf, tennis, fitness and other sports. In a word, my music creation is inspired by different details and experiences in my daily life.
