Baotou Yishenma sculpture was designed by Baotou Architectural Design and Research Institute (formerly Baotou Architectural Survey and Design Institute) on 1986. The total height of this sculpture is 26.6 meters, which is divided into two parts. It means that steel and rare earth are the source of life of Baotou Steel, and it also symbolizes that Baotou Steel has opened a new chapter in the modernization of grassland industry and ended the history of "poverty-stricken" in Inner Mongolia.
