It includes sales, finance, materials, factories and other modules, of course, including HR (human resources) module. HR consultant is a complex, which needs to have a solid HR foundation and experience, be familiar with SAPHR module, and have business analysis and communication skills. The entry threshold is relatively high, which can be used as the medium and long-term development goal of HR newcomers.

Among them, HR ability is the most important, because no matter whether you take the traditional HR route or non-traditional, only mastering these is the basis for you to gain a firm foothold in all steps. Especially when you go to an enterprise to do research, when communicating with leaders, the other party can see your professionalism and the matching degree with your identity through mutual visits.

Another kind of HR consultant is HR implementation consultant, which is an implementation consultant who enters the enterprise to conduct overall project research, blueprint formulation, scheme preparation and project implementation after the consultant and the enterprise have negotiated everything, and helps the enterprise to go online.

This kind of consultant is more inclined to realize the scheme, which can be used as the development goal of HR newcomers in the early and middle stages.

-External consultants:

Is a professional project, generally employed in Party B's company, but in Party A, it also operates the whole module independently, which belongs to the switching between different projects of different enterprises.

The starting salary is generally 8000- 1.5 million/month, 20,000-30,000/month in 3-5 years, and 50,000-80,000/month in 5 years or more. There are subsidies, backlash, and going abroad if necessary.

-Internal consultants:

I am employed by Party A's company to help enterprises do SAPHR operation and maintenance. You can go to foreign capital, joint ventures, state-owned assets, etc.

The starting salary is generally 6K- 1.2K/ month, 14- 18. According to the scale of the enterprise, 3-5 years' experience is1.5-25,000/month, and 5-8 years' experience is 50,000/month, such as 600,000 -65438 as an 8-year consultant of PetroChina.

—? Freelance consultant:

According to the project, the money is calculated by the day, usually the consultant turns to 8 years. Minimum 1500 yuan/day.

So, are there any consultants and implementation consultants?

Yes, and this is also the development direction of many consultants.
