Working principle of wheel compression hardness
The principle of turbocharging device is actually an air compressor, which increases the air intake of the engine by compressing air. Generally speaking, turbocharging is to use the exhaust gas from the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine room, and the turbine drives the coaxial impeller to pressurize the air sent by the air filter pipeline into the cylinder.
Increase output power When the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas discharge speed and turbine speed increase synchronously, the impeller will compress more air into the cylinder, the pressure and density of air will increase, and more fuel will be burned. By correspondingly increasing the fuel quantity and adjusting the engine speed, the content of engine output power devices can be increased.
The turbocharger device is mainly composed of a turbine chamber and a supercharger. First, the inlet of the turbine chamber is connected with the exhaust manifold of the engine, and the exhaust port is connected with the exhaust pipe. Then, the inlet of the supercharger is connected with the air cleaner pipeline, and the exhaust port is connected with the intake manifold. Finally, the turbine and the impeller are respectively installed in the turbine chamber and the supercharger, and are coaxially and rigidly connected.
