Participated in the course of the first teaching assistant of Bangyue Company.

I finished coaching skills in January this year, and soon after graduation, I heard from my EMO that Bangyue's coaching technology platform is good, and I want to find an opportunity to be a teaching assistant, so that I can stand in the front line and improve my coaching level. With my trust in EMO, I came to bangyue company to run for the first teaching assistant. Before the election, I was curious and looking forward to it. Because it was the first time, I also got a very good experience. When it was my turn to run for public office, I was confident at first. I thought I had enough energy and confidence, and everyone could understand what I said, so it would be convincing for everyone to pass it as soon as possible. But after I introduced it, everyone didn't stand up and say that I had been wandering, and now I am in a cycle and don't know what wandering is. When the head coach made me admire everyone, no one was tempted. This shows that I am superficial and have no intention to appreciate and praise each other. Of course, I can't get my heart. From that moment on, I realized that I didn't pay enough attention, but I easily got into my head and didn't lose my mind. It took the colonel an hour to adjust, which opened my mind, and my voice was hoarse at that time. The selection of our entire teaching assistant took nearly eight hours.

From the first day of the course, I felt the students I inspired with my heart, and the focus of attention was always on them, always paying attention to their state. My goal now is very clear, that is, let the results they got in the first stage smoothly enter the second and third stages. In the whole process, I not only cooperated with my tutor, but also kept an eye on the changes of every member of the group. Constantly let them feel attentively, ridicule and support each other, and let everyone speak and share. Everyone should pay attention to the speaker and feel each other's gains with heart. Let them have a heart-to-heart relationship through their heartfelt feelings. The next day, I found that the team members care about each other and love each other to become a family. On the third day, they are more integrated with each other, and no one can live without their feelings. On the last day, everyone gained a lot, and then six people signed up for the second and third stages. It is the group with the largest number of applicants at present. Being a teaching assistant for the first time can achieve such results, and my heart is full of strength and joy, from self-denial to self-affirmation. This is all because I am careful, serious, responsible, go all out and do my best to present the results. Besides, I also learned how to focus on the outside, how to work hard, how to make the team more harmonious, how to improve the technical professional level of the coach, how to gain friendship and the trust and gratitude of the students.
