Article 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Qualification of Construction Enterprises
An enterprise shall apply for the qualification of a construction enterprise according to its assets, main personnel, completed project performance, technical equipment, etc. Only after passing the examination and obtaining the qualification certificate of a construction enterprise can it engage in construction activities within the scope permitted by the qualification.
Article 14
Enterprises to apply for the qualification of construction enterprises, in the qualification licensing authority website or approval platform to apply for matters, submit funds, professional and technical personnel, technical equipment, complete performance and other electronic materials.
Article 15
Enterprises applying for the qualification of construction enterprises shall truthfully submit relevant application materials. After receiving the application materials, the qualification licensing organ shall go through the acceptance procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
