6. Conditions for handling: those who have obtained the qualification of medical practitioner or assistant medical practitioner and intend to practice in medical, preventive and health care institutions may apply for registration as medical practitioners, but they shall not be registered under any of the circumstances mentioned in Article 5 of Chapter II of the Interim Measures for the Registration of Medical Practitioners. 8. Procedure:
(1) Acceptance: The window acceptance personnel of the Government Affairs Service Center of the Provincial Health Department will review the application materials according to the above materials. In order to ensure the rigor and timeliness of the examination and approval work, all units go through the registration procedures when doctors apply for practice registration, and in principle, individual applications are not accepted. If the application materials are complete and meet the requirements, the registration will be accepted immediately and transferred to the next procedure as required; If the application materials are incomplete or the procedures are not perfect, it shall promptly inform the applicant in writing or orally of all the materials that need to be supplemented and the procedures that need to be handled; Those who do not meet the acceptance conditions will not be accepted, and the applicant will be informed of the reasons, relevant rights and complaint channels in person.
