The physical examination of civil servants should be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level designated by the competent recruitment authority. The chief physician should have the professional and technical post qualifications of deputy chief physician or above. The medical staff responsible for physical examination should adhere to the principle and strictly implement the physical examination standards. The chief physician shall make a medical examination conclusion according to the medical examination. The medical examination hospital should be stamped with the official seal.
When encountering difficult problems in physical examination, state administrative organs at all levels and hospitals undertaking physical examination should properly handle them. For diseases that are difficult to diagnose, the hospital can organize experts to do further examination. Employers and candidates are allowed to ask for re-examination when they have doubts about the conclusion of medical examination.
Re-examination requirements should be put forward within seven days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. The reinspection can only be carried out once. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
