1, student education management mechanism is not perfect.
In recent years, many higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang have undergone major changes such as diversification of enrollment and school-running mechanism, and the weak links of education management in higher vocational colleges have gradually emerged. The socialization of logistics management, regionalization of school management and the development of equipment property management in higher vocational colleges have also brought some new problems, especially since the implementation of education fees, the concept of "spending money to buy diplomas" has been formed among students and parents, and the requirements for schools have been relatively improved. It brings some difficulties to the safe construction of the school and also has some influence on the enrollment of the school.
2. The state's investment in higher vocational colleges is insufficient.
Higher vocational and technical education is a vocational skill education with "ability standard" as the core. At present, vocational colleges still adopt the method of exam-oriented education. It is difficult to test students' real ability and level, exert the educational function of the examination and meet the needs of students' development.
