The remitter should bring his/her ID card and BOC card/passbook to the BOC counter to fill in the "Application for Overseas Remittance", and then go through the relevant formalities at the BOC counter. The cross-border remittance business of China Bank is allowed to entrust others to act as agents, but the original identity documents of the remitter and the agent, China bank card/passbook and power of attorney should be provided, and the power of attorney should be submitted to China Bank for safekeeping with the summons; Cross-border remittance by minors must be handled by guardians.
