What is the operation of each key of Hitachi HGP elevator?

General operation

The MCUB board defines seven status numbers, namely 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The functions corresponding to each state are shown in the following table (elevator keyboard function list). In any state, press the MODE key, and the status number of the current state will be displayed. To enter a certain state, first press the MODE key, and then use the INC/ST key to adjust the state number. At this time, the LED3 will press 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 0, 1, 2? Cyclic display in turn. After tuning to the status number to be entered, press the SET key to enter the status. Pressing three buttons or any two buttons at the same time is invalid. After completing the keyboard operation, the operator must return to the mode 0 setting state before leaving.

State number function

Mode 0 sets the default mode and displays floors. Setting this mode can clear the settings of other modes.

Mode 1 Set the elevator status display mode. In this state, you can press the INC key to enter the I/O port view mode. In this state, you can display the elevator status of 19.

Mode 2 sets the height determination mode.

Mode 3 Set the maintenance mode of the computer room.

Mode 4 sets to clear the currently displayed fault record. This mode will be cleared automatically after 1.5 seconds.

Mode 5 sets the disable overload detection mode.

Mode 6 is set to view the main microcomputer fault list, and at the same time, all internal fault records can be cleared in this operation.

Mode 0 setting

When the elevator is in normal operation (trouble-free), three LEDs show the running direction and floor position, among which LED0 shows the running direction of the elevator (the same as FMT board), LED 1 and LED2 show the floor position of the elevator. When the system only has a frequency converter fault, the frequency converter fault code (E 10 1 ~ E 140) is displayed alternately with the floor position; When the system only has a control system fault, the control system fault code (E0 10 ~ E094) is displayed alternately with the floor position; When there are both inverter faults and control system faults in the system, the inverter fault code (E 10 1 ~ E 140) and the control system fault code (E0 10 ~ E094) are displayed alternately with the floor position. When several faults of the same type (frequency converter and control system) exist at the same time, only the first fault with fault code will be displayed, and the next fault will be displayed after the first fault is eliminated.

2) mode 1 setting

In this state, the basic state of 19 elevator group can be displayed, and the sub-state of 18 I/O signal group can be viewed. After entering this state (mode 1 setting), three LEDs display the basic state of the elevator. Please refer to the following table for specific meaning (definition table of elevator operation basic state display). Press the INC/ST key in the basic state to enter the sub-state of viewing 18 group I/O signals. At this time, the LED0 shows the group number of the sub-state, * * * has 18 groups. Press the INC/ST key to adjust the group number, which is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, a, b, c, d, e, f, and so on. Among them, group B ~ E has 6 subgroups, the serial number is 0 ~ 5. When entering the B ~ E group display, LED0 will alternately display the group number and subgroup number. For example, in group B_0, LED0 will display B and 0 alternately. When the group number is displayed, every time the SET key is pressed, the group number will increase by 1, and it will loop back to 0 after the group number 5. While LED 1 and LED2 display the I/O value of the current group data bit by bit.

Mode 2 settings

Height determination function. After entering this state, the elevator is at the lowest floor position, press and hold the INC/ST key until the elevator is closed and started, and the height measurement begins, and its display is the same as the mode 0 setting state. When you need to exit this state, please enter the state mode 0 setting.

Attention: Do not change the running state of the elevator during the height determination, otherwise it will destroy the running state of the elevator's independent height determination and terminate the height determination.

4) Mode 3 Settings

Computer room maintenance. After entering this state, press and hold the INC/ST key to repair the uplink, and press and hold the SET key to repair the downlink. At this time, the display of LED is the same as that set in Mode 0.

5) Mode 4 Settings

Clear the fault record currently displayed by the main microcomputer, but the fault list remains unchanged. The content displayed in this state is the same as that displayed in the mode 0 setting state. This mode will disappear automatically after 1.5 seconds.

6) Mode 5 Settings

Cancel the 1 10% switch protection test, which is only valid in the fast state. The content displayed in this state is the same as that displayed in the mode 0 setting state. The elevator will automatically cancel this function after completing a test. If you want to cancel the 1 10% switch test again, you need to re-operate the mode 5 setting. You can cancel this function through the mode 0 setting operation. This function is dangerous to operate, so pay attention to safety when using it.

7) Mode 6 Settings

List of elevator fault codes. In this state, the fault state of 16 elevator group can be displayed. Adjust the group number according to INC/ST, and the group number is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, a, b, c, d, e, f, 0, 1. Cyclic display in turn. After entering this state, the group number and fault content are displayed alternately, wherein the group number is only displayed by LED0, and the fault content is displayed by LED 0 ~ LED 2. When in group F sub-state, press and hold the SET key for 2 seconds to clear all current fault records.
