2. Guide customers to fill in the Application Form for Special Debit Card for Quality Customers by Installment;
The account manager shall provide the customer with an application form for opening an account with a comprehensive debit card, and ask the customer to fill in the information required for opening an account, including the name, certificate type (explain to the customer that an ID card is required if there are no special circumstances), certificate number, etc. The customer provides the original certificate, and the account manager provides the China Bank Credit Card Premium Customer Staging Product Manual. The customer shall prepare copies of the front and back of the certificate, and indicate the application for advanced installment debit card products in the completed application form.
