How to realize Tao

That's what new people ask. What you often see is. Meditate. Let nature take its course and ask your heart.

However, my understanding is open-minded. Focus on a word of enlightenment.

Knowing is not necessarily realizing. Do it yourself

Everything must have a heart that sees through the essence. We should have a correct dialectical view. Dare to admit your ignorance and shortcomings.

I often read ancient books.

As time goes on, you will realize that avenues are everywhere.

Tao is contained in the concentrated brewing state of matter. No matter how much you understand, it is your own understanding. You will see the Tao, but the understanding is also profound, which means that the Tao you see may not be completely included in this brewing state. Therefore, we don't have to think that the current understanding is the most thorough understanding. Let's keep going along the pulse of the road! It's like we're sitting in a boat, rippling with the running water.

Without the spirit of doubt and criticism, how can we be enlightened?

In the Shurangama Sutra, which spread to the south, the Buddha once said ten points to those who seek knowledge and trust, namely ten principles:

First, don't be credulous because of legends.

Second, don't be credulous because of tradition.

Third, don't be credulous because of rumors.

Fourth, don't be credulous because of the classic records.

Don't be credulous because of logical reasoning.

6. Don't be credulous because of theoretical inference.

Seven, can't be credulous because of common sense judgment.

Eight, don't be credulous because of preconceptions.

Don't be credulous because of the speaker's appearance.

Don't be credulous because of what the teacher said.
