(2) Comprehensive office
To publicize and implement national and provincial policies and regulations on opening wider to the outside world, and study and put forward relevant provisions on domestic economic cooperation and investment attraction jointly with relevant departments; Responsible for the investigation and study of major topics and the drafting of important documents;
Responsible for the province's investment network, information network and project library (dynamic management) construction;
Responsible for the statistical work of attracting investment in the whole province;
To be responsible for the declaration and service of offices established in Sichuan by other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);
Responsible for contacting and coordinating enterprises from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to set up non-operating institutions in Sichuan.
(3) personnel department
Responsible for the establishment of institutions, directly affiliated units and overseas offices, personnel, labor wages, evaluation and appointment of professional and technical positions, education and training, personnel files and statistics;
Responsible for non-business daily contact and management of other overseas offices except Beijing Office of the provincial government.
(4) Domestic cooperation (brands of seven liaison offices in six provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)
Responsible for the economic and technological cooperation between our province and the provinces, cities and districts in Central China, South China and Southwest China;
To study and put forward plans and annual plans for attracting investment in counterpart areas; Responsible for the daily work of the Sichuan side of the seven-party economic coordination meeting of six provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
5] Division II of Domestic Cooperation
Responsible for the economic and technological cooperation between our province and the provinces, cities and districts in Northeast China, North China, Northwest China and East China;
To study and put forward plans and annual plans for attracting investment in counterpart areas;
Responsible for the organization, liaison, negotiation, service, promotion, tracking and service of important activities of bilateral economic cooperation and investment attraction with counterpart areas;
To guide the economic cooperation and investment promotion of overseas offices;
Collect and sort out counterpart regional economic cooperation and investment projects, and provide information consulting services.
(6) Division I of International Cooperation
To undertake the promotion, liaison, tracking, coordination and service of key projects that directly and indirectly utilize foreign capital in the United States.
(7) Division II of International Cooperation
To undertake the promotion, liaison, tracking, coordination and service of key projects that directly and indirectly utilize foreign capital in Europe and Africa in our province.
(8) Division III of International Cooperation
To undertake the promotion, liaison, tracking, coordination and service of key projects of direct and indirect utilization of foreign capital in the Asia-Pacific region of our province.
The three international cooperation offices are responsible for collecting the investment situation and investment trends of foreign governments, international consortia and companies in relevant areas of China;
Participate in and coordinate the work related to international financing business; To undertake the reception work of foreign businessmen in Sichuan for investigation and investment assigned by the provincial government;
To undertake the daily work of the Sichuan side of the joint working Committee of our province with foreign governments and major international companies in relevant regions;
Collect and sort out foreign-related economic cooperation and investment projects in related fields and provide information consulting services;
Assist in solving important problems reflected by foreign businessmen in relevant regions.
Party Committee of the organ (the discipline inspection team is co-located with it)
Responsible for the party-mass work and discipline inspection and supervision work of the bureau organs and directly affiliated units.
The way to set up the office of the Party committee of a government organ shall be determined by the bureau party group according to the provisions of the provincial party committee.
