The expropriated person chooses all houses to be expropriated within the prescribed time limit, signs a contract and moves. If the funds used for purchasing houses reach or exceed 85% of the house ticket amount, the expropriated person will be rewarded with 3% of the actual house ticket amount (if the commercial housing in the encouraged area of the municipal government is purchased, it will be rewarded with 5% of the actual house ticket amount).
The room ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If the house has not been purchased for more than 6 months, the house ticket will automatically become invalid, and the expropriated person will gather at the designated place of the government. The house ticket can only be used by the expropriated person (limited to himself, spouse, parents and children) to purchase a house, and it is not allowed to withdraw cash, transfer or give away, and it is not allowed to purchase a business house.
These Measures shall not apply to relocation projects where the resettlement place or monetary compensation method has been clearly defined before the implementation of these Measures. These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation and shall be valid for one year.
