After that, I also investigated and summarized many professionals with many years of work experience: the combing of work processes has not been included in the scope of work responsibilities in many enterprises, and it will not become a hard indicator of performance appraisal. Occasionally, some forms (such as work reports and annual summaries) have not really attracted everyone's attention. In my opinion, the combing of workflow has at least the following functions:
