(A) enrollment plan
1. Primary school
(1) Public primary school: It plans to enroll 4005 students in 89 classes. Among them, 150 degrees will be arranged for the accompanying children to apply for admission, and a certain number of degrees will be arranged for non-Humen school-age children who meet the preferential admission policy of Dongguan.
(2) The government subsidizes the degree of private schools: it is planned to provide 18 109 places (including 20% for the first-level subsidy and 80% for the second-level subsidy) for the children who move in to apply for the points system.
2. Junior high school
(1) public junior high school: it plans to enroll 2,550 students, 5 1 class. Among them, 100 degrees are arranged for children who move with them to apply for admission, and a certain number of degrees are arranged for non-Humen school-age teenagers who meet Dongguan's preferential admission policy.
(2) Government-sponsored places in private schools: 2969 places were applied for by migrant children (including 20% for the first year and 80% for the second year).
(2) Enrollment targets
1. The first grade of primary school: school-age children who have Humen household registration, meet the preferential treatment policy, have reached the age of 6 (that is, born on or before August 30 of 3 1 20 16) and have no school registration information in the national school registration information management system;
2. The first grade of junior high school: fresh primary school graduates who have Humen household registration, meet the preferential treatment policy and have normal student status in the national primary and secondary school student status information management system;
3 compulsory education schools do not implement the repeat system. School-age children and adolescents who really need to postpone their enrollment or drop out of school due to their physical condition should apply to the education department where their household registration is located in accordance with the regulations, and the education department will postpone their enrollment for one year after examination and approval.
(3) Preferential treatment object
Non-Humen school-age children and adolescents of the following personnel shall be enrolled in the initial grade of public schools with surplus degrees by urban enrollment institutions:
1. School-age children and adolescents in Taiwan Province Province who meet the requirements stipulated in the Notice of Dongguan Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Students in Taiwan Province Province in the Compulsory Education Stage of our City (Dong Jiao Han Ji [2065 438+09] 13) enjoy the same treatment as school-age children and adolescents registered in Humen Town.
2. Overseas Chinese school-age children and overseas Chinese students who meet the requirements of the Notice of Dongguan Education Bureau on Amending the Relevant Provisions for Overseas Chinese Children and Overseas Chinese Students to Come to Our City to Study (Dong Jiao Basic Letter [2017] No.9) enjoy the same treatment as school-age children and adolescents registered in Humen Town. 3. School-age children and adolescents whose parents work and live in Humen Town and hold Dongguan Yulan Card enjoy the same treatment as school-age children and adolescents registered in Humen Town.
4. School-age children and adolescents whose parents have won the title of "Honorary Citizen of Dongguan" (Dongfu [2021] No.7).
5. One or both parents are school-age children and adolescents with foreign household registration or no household registration in Humen Town.
6. The children of the following persons who are not registered in Humen or graduated from primary school this year, if they have a surplus degree, can be given priority in public schools.
(1) School-age children and adolescents whose parents work and live in Humen Town and hold talents from Shankar.
(2) Persons who have been commended, rewarded or awarded honorary titles by the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government or the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government in the past five years, and who have worked and lived in Humen Town;
(3) Persons who have been awarded honorary titles and medals by Humen Town Committee and Town Government in recent three years and have worked and lived in Humen Town.
(4) School-age children and adolescents whose parents have their own legal houses in Humen Town and whose household registration is in other towns (streets) in Dongguan. 7. In line with the preferential admission policy of this Municipality, school-age children of entitled groups who are summarized and distributed by the Municipal Education Bureau.
8. School-age children of on-the-job cadres and workers of central, provincial and municipal units in Humen Town and financial support personnel of institutions in Humen Town (unified application and approval by their units) enjoy the same treatment as school-age children and adolescents registered in Humen Town.
9. Enterprises (institutions) that meet the following conditions, their senior management personnel, technical backbones and school-age children of old workers, according to the distribution indicators, give priority to enrolling in the first grade of public schools in the case of surplus degrees. The quota is only used for senior managers who have worked in this enterprise (who have worked in this enterprise for 1 year before April 2022 and paid personal income tax according to law), or technical backbones (who have worked in this enterprise for 1 year before April 2022 and paid personal income tax according to law) and old employees (who have worked in this enterprise for five consecutive years before April 2022 and are within the scope of this enterprise's degree index. Enterprises that meet a number of conditions are limited to the highest standards and may not superimpose admission indicators.
(1) School-age children of management and technical talents of major investment projects recognized by this municipality (town).
(2) School-age children of management and technical talents of domestic main board listed enterprises or listed reserve enterprises recognized by Dongguan Municipal People's Government.
(3) School-age children of senior managers, technical backbones and old employees working in enterprises (except real estate enterprises) that paid 6,543,800 yuan in taxes in Humen Town in 20021year.
(4) School-age children of talents from national high-tech enterprises.
(5) School-age children of senior managers, technical backbones and old employees working in R&D institutions above the provincial level (or famous brand enterprises above the provincial level) in Humen Town.
(6) School-age children of senior managers, technical backbones and old employees working in Humen Town "Multiplication Plan" enterprises.
(7) Senior managers and skills of "innovative" enterprises in Humen Town
