(1) Refund conditions:
Flexible employees may apply for a refund for repeated payment due to the following reasons.
1. If a flexible employee participates in employee medical insurance with the company after paying the employee medical insurance fee once a year, the employee medical insurance fee paid as a flexible employee in the remaining months of the year after employment can be returned according to the application;
2. Flexible employees who pay repeatedly or in multiple places according to the annual payment can apply for a refund if they meet the refund conditions.
(2) The following supporting materials shall be provided for the refund:
1. Resident ID card of the insured, relevant payment voucher, bank card and refund application of the payer.
2. If you apply for insurance in many places, please consult the insurance institution that needs to surrender.
(3) Refund process:
1. The tax department accepts the payer's refund application and transmits the refund information to the medical insurance department after verification; Refunds of special policies shall be submitted to the medical insurance department for review after preliminary verification by the tax department.
