Eliminating psychological troubles and alleviating growth confusion, high school students are in the psychological "weaning period", which has both mature and immature psychology. Based on the urgent requirements of students' psychological development, Xingshan No.1 Middle School in Yichang City, Hubei Province has implemented the "acupoint system" for psychological counseling, hired senior moral education workers and psychological counseling teachers to give psychological counseling to classes or students, and used psychological theories and skills to help students solve various psychological problems, enhance their adaptability and improve their psychological quality.

The "point and order system" lists the psychological problems of individual and group students. Individual counseling includes topics such as moral cultivation, learning psychology, interpersonal relationship, self-cognition, further education and career choice. Group counseling includes: how to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of senior one students, correctly understand the normal mentality of senior two students, and eliminate the fatigue and excessive pressure of senior three students; Scientifically guide the contradictions and conflicts brought about by the great physiological and psychological changes in adolescence; Group counseling for psychological disorders such as anxiety, terror, depression, hostility and sensitive interpersonal relationships.
