General process of handling residence permit:
1. Collect and register community information, and issue a certificate of no illegal residence (required).
Location: neighborhood Committee (usually in or near the community)
Information:
Tenant's identity certificate (adult ID card, children's household registration book)
Landlord's ID card, real estate license
lease contracts
Remarks: information registration can be registered by yourself first, and photos are required. The landlord's cooperation is mainly to verify that there is no need for an illegal residence certificate, and the lessee and the landlord need one person each.
Processing time: about 15 minutes.
2. Deal with online signing and filing (one window)
Venue: Community Service Center
Materials: the lessee's identity certificate (adult ID card, children's household registration book, birth certificate)
Landlord's ID card, real estate license
No illegal residence certificate (issued by the community neighborhood Committee)
lease contracts
Remarks: The landlord and lessee need one person to be present, and those who are not present need to write a power of attorney.
The landlord can sign with the internet, and you will get the notice of filing the online sign.
You stay at the same window and continue to apply for residence registration. The staff will assist you. Just check the information signature, then get the residence permit registration certificate, and apply for a formal residence permit after half a year.
It only takes about 2-3 hours to pick up the materials, which is simpler than expected. In 2020, the requirement of online signing to the district housing transaction center was cancelled, which also greatly saved time and cost.
Other precautions: the address of the ID card should be the same as that of the household registration book.
