I. Self-examination of online application qualification
1. Visit the portal
Visit the website of the service hall of the government service platform (trial operation) of the Department of Veterans Affairs: 9433/MVAWW/#/ServiceHall, select "Online application for qualification self-examination of preferential card" and click "Enter the system".

Fill in the information
Enter your name, ID number and verification code, and click "Submit".
3. Query results
(1) The query result is consistent.
After submission, you will be prompted "You meet the conditions for online application of discount cards". You can click "Back" and select "Online Application for Concession Card" in the service hall of the government service platform (trial operation) of the Department of Veterans Affairs to apply.
(2) The query results are inconsistent.
After submission, if the system prompts the following page, it means that the online application conditions are not met. Applicants can contact the township (street) veterans service station where the household registration is located for consultation, and then apply online after the completion of the application, or directly contact the township (street) veterans service station to apply.
Second, online application
1. Visit the portal
Visit the website of the service hall of the government service platform (trial operation) of the Department of Veterans Affairs through the Internet: 9433/MVAWW/#/ServiceHall, select "Online application for discount card" and click "Enter the system".
2. Real name registration
Enter the government service platform of the Department of Veterans Affairs, select "Individual User Login" and click "Register" in the lower right corner to register your real name.
Fill in relevant information
Fill in the name, ID number, ID card expiration date, mobile phone number and mobile phone verification code, set the password (note: the password needs to contain any combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters), check "I have read and agreed to the personal registration agreement" and click "Register".
4. Complete registration
After the real name registration is successful, the system will prompt the following page. Click "Return to Login Page" to apply online.
5. Login account
Select "Individual User Login", fill in the registered account number, password and verification code, and click "Login".
Apply for a job
After entering the homepage of the government service platform (trial operation) of the Department of Veterans Affairs, select "I want to handle it" to enter the service hall page.
Select "Online application for discount card" on the left side of the service hall, and click "Enter the system".
Enter the verification code and click "Submit".
Enter the online application page, select the bank, industry and occupation, upload the photo of personal ID card, select the type of discount card, check "I have read and agreed to the privacy policy" and click "Next".
7. Verify the application information
After filling in the application information, enter the application confirmation page of the discount card, verify the relevant information of the application form of the discount card and the confirmation letter of the bank debit card, and click "Confirm" after confirming that the information is correct.
Note: After clicking "Confirm", the system will consider that the applicant agrees with the above application information and formally accepts it. If the information is incorrect, click "Cancel" and bring relevant materials to the street veterans service station to make on-site changes and then apply at the service station or directly offline.
8. Successful application
After clicking "Confirm", the system will prompt "You have completed the online application for the discount card", indicating that the application is successful.
