Where is Zhang Yuxian Temple located?

Zhangyuxian Temple is a famous scenic spot in Sanming's cultural landscape.

Located outside the west gate of Shaxian Chengguan, facing south, it was built by later generations to offer sacrifices to Luocong Cave. It was built from the Yuan Dynasty to the first year of Zheng Zheng (13 14). The existing building was rebuilt in the sixth year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty (1633), and Luo Congyan Memorial Hall was opened in 1993. The general plan of Yuxian Temple in Zhang Yu is convex, and its layout is similar to that of a quadrangle. On the central axis, there are gatehouse, hall, courtyard (patio) and corridor on both sides in turn. The main hall rests on the top of the mountain, with double eaves, three rooms wide and a caisson on the top. There are gables on both sides and drywall on the back eaves. From the overall architectural shape and structure, it is a high-grade building among the existing village buildings in Sanming area, which has high historical, scientific and artistic value.
