Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations in order to standardize college enrollment and ensure fair, just and open selection of candidates who meet the training requirements.
Article 2 The School of Information Business of Zhongyuan University of Technology is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, with full-time undergraduate education.
Article 3 The College has two campuses. The main campus is located at No.2 Shuanghu Avenue, Nanlonghu Livable Education Park, Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The campus environment is beautiful and clean, with complete teaching facilities. This is an ideal place for further study. The North Campus is located at No.41Zhongyuan Middle Road, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. The campus is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and elegant environment.
Article 4 Relying on the overall advantages of disciplines and teachers in Zhongyuan University of Technology, the College aims to cultivate high-quality applied technical talents with innovative spirit, solid theoretical foundation and outstanding practical ability, which can actively adapt to the needs of local economic and social development.
Article 5 Colleges are run at the undergraduate level, and some colleges are also enrolled. The college enrolls students for the whole country, with four years of undergraduate course (five years of architecture major), two years of undergraduate course and three years of junior college. Upon the expiration of the study period, those who pass the examination will be awarded the national unified electronic registration diploma of ordinary colleges and universities by the School of Information Business of Zhongyuan Institute of Technology; Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees are awarded bachelor's degree certificates by the School of Information and Business of Zhongyuan University of Technology.
Chapter II Enrollment Plan
Article 6 The enrollment plan shall be implemented in accordance with the name of the enrollment major of Information Business College of Zhongyuan University of Technology in 2020 approved by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment plan of different provinces and disciplines approved by the Henan Provincial Department of Education. Specific to the provinces (cities, districts) Admissions Office announced the enrollment plan shall prevail.
Article 7 In order to adjust the imbalance of students in various provinces (cities, districts), solve the problem that the number of students exceeds the planned number after the implementation of enrollment in parallel volunteer, and meet the needs of high-quality and sufficient students in various provinces (cities, districts), the College reserves enrollment plans within the proportion specified by the Ministry of Education and Henan Province, and adheres to the principles of collective brewing, collective decision-making, openness and transparency.
Chapter III Access Rules
Article 8 The enrollment of colleges and universities shall follow the principles of fair competition, fair selection, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 9 Colleges and universities shall independently formulate admission rules according to the admission scores determined by the provinces (cities, districts) and the provisions of the admissions departments of the provinces (cities, districts). When candidates volunteer as parallel volunteers, all volunteers are treated equally; Candidates who wish to be non-parallel volunteer will be admitted in the order of candidates' wishes, and the first choice will be given priority. When the number of first volunteers is insufficient, the candidates who volunteer will be admitted in turn.
Article 10 When assigning candidates to apply for majors, they should be sorted by category from high to low, and then admitted in turn according to the professional order reported by candidates, without setting professional grade difference. When the candidates' professional volunteers cannot be fully satisfied, if they are transferred to other majors, they will be transferred to other majors with reference to the scores of related majors and the admission of various majors in the school; Candidates who fail to meet their professional aspirations and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Candidates from provinces (cities, districts) with special provisions shall be subject to the provisions of the competent admissions department of the province (city, district).
Article 11 There is no requirement for single-subject scores and voluntary scores in the admission of all majors in the college, and the admission requirements of all enrollment majors are subject to the announcement of the admissions offices of all provinces (cities, districts). Candidates who enjoy the bonus policy can be admitted according to the provisions of the admissions department of the relevant provinces (cities, districts).
Twelfth candidates who apply for art majors in our college must participate in the unified examination of related majors organized by the Admissions Office of the province (city, district) where the students are located; Candidates' cultural scores and artistic professional scores in the college entrance examination must reach the artistic culture and professional admission control scores specified by the province (city, district) where the students are located.
Thirteenth art candidates who meet the admission requirements will be selected according to the requirements of art majors in our college, from high score to low score, and will be comprehensively assessed morally, intellectually and physically.
The admission rules for art majors in our college are as follows:
(1) Product design, costume design, visual communication design, environmental design, digital media art, radio and television director: professional course scores-cultural course scores.
(2) Broadcasting and Hosting Art Major: After the scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination reach the admission scores of art undergraduate courses designated by the provincial admissions office where the students are located, they will be selected according to the professional scores from high to low.
The admission rules for art majors in our college are as follows:
Clothing and fashion design major: professional course scores-cultural course scores.
If the province where the candidate is located has clear provisions on the rules and admission methods, it shall be implemented according to the enrollment policy of the province.
Fourteenth junior college flight attendant major, Henan province candidates by the provincial admissions office according to cultural achievements. The school will select the candidates who are admitted according to the results of the performance-oriented provincial unified examination from high to low, and in the case of the same results, they will be admitted according to the total cultural score, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages from high to low.
Article 15 For non-art candidates, under the condition that the candidates have the same scores, all majors will admit candidates in the order of the scores of Chinese, Mathematics and Foreign Language College Entrance Examination. For art candidates, if the comprehensive admission scores of candidates are the same, candidates with high professional scores will be given priority; If the candidates have the same professional grades, they will be admitted in the order of Chinese, mathematics and foreign grades. If the province where the candidates are located has clear provisions on the admission method, it shall be implemented according to the enrollment policy of the province where they are located.
Article 16 English is the first foreign language for all enrollment majors in the college. Candidates who cannot report on time should submit a written application to the school, and registration can be postponed after approval; Candidates who fail to report within two weeks without the consent of the school shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualifications according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
Seventeenth colleges should implement the relevant provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
Chapter IV Others
Article 18 There are national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants and national student loans, as well as university scholarships and temporary difficult grants. The college also provides a large number of work-study positions for students to solve their practical difficulties.
Article 19 The standard of college tuition shall be implemented according to the standard filed with the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province, and the standard of undergraduate tuition: liberal arts 15000 yuan/year; Science class 16000 yuan/year; Among art majors, art majors are 65,438 yuan +0.6 million yuan/year, and radio and television directors and broadcasting and hosting majors are 65,438 yuan +0.7 million yuan/year; Specialist fee standard: regular class 1 1000 yuan/year; Art category 12000 yuan/year; Accommodation fee 1 0,000-1,500 yuan/student/year, and the charging standard of each major is subject to the announcement of the admissions offices of all provinces (cities, districts) in that year.
