You can try to turn on the computer again and press f8 to select safe mode (including command prompt).
Type compmgmt.msc, and then press Enter. System Tools-Local Users and Groups-Users, the administrator double-clicks, removes the checkmark before the account has been deactivated, and enters shutdown /r to restart the computer.
